RMA STEPS BELOW

Follow the below steps to help us with your RMA’s.

        • Single RMA Request: Fill out the online form at the bottom of this page.
        • Multiple RMA Requests: Download either the PDF or Word form.


        RMA requests may take up to one to two business days to process once submitted.

1. COMPLETE THE RMA FORM WITH THE FOLLOWING

        • Quantity of items being returned
        • Description of the defect or damage to the product
        • Serial and/or batch numbers that are relevant to the specific product
        • The invoice number the items were originally purchased on (where applicable). This is an important piece of information that helps us identify when the product was sold.

2. SEND US THE FORM

Once the form has been completed as per the above instructions, please email a copy to [email protected]. You can also fax a copy of the printed form to 604-580-2375.

3. Please wait for an RMA AUTHORIZATION

This will be provided by GreenPlanet Wholesale and you will need this PRIOR TO SENDING BACK THE DEFECTIVE/DAMAGED goods, without the prior authorization your shipment of these goods will be REFUSED at our warehouse and returned at the sender’s expense.

4. SHIPPING THE ITEMS BACK TO GREENPLANETWHOLESALE

Following steps must be followed when you are packaging the goods for return:

        • Pack the goods securely so they cannot be further damaged during transport. GreenPlanet or the manufacturer will not be held responsible for any damage caused during transportation.
        • Please print and include a copy of the RMA form in the box for easy reference and faster processing
        • Once the package has been sealed please write the RMA# in LARGE BLACK LETTERS on the outside of the box and/or pallet wrapping

5. SHIPPING ADDRESS

Please ship the defective units to the address provided by GreenPlanet warranty team prepaid (sender’s cost), once the units have been inspected, we will advise on the next steps involving repair or replacement as applicable by the warranty process. The product will then be returned to you prepaid by GreenPlanet.

PLEASE NOTE

If the units returned are functional as expected (operational, not defective/ damaged), the units will be sent back at the cost of the original shipper.
